you an Exception Verification Request, an EVR, requesting the required
information needed to properly resolve the exception. Based on your
“response” to our request, (“That”), the response received is used to
resolve the event exception. Therefore, if “this”... then perform
“that” to clear the exception. This is a huge time savings for your
staff and more importantly, it documents what was needed and completed
to resolve more event exceptions into proper billable events.
